The Seattle Department of Transportation's weekly transportation construction update highlights the projects and events that may impact travel through the Seattle area. View this week's update.

This week's highlights:

• March 4 - April 4: Alaskan Way will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Yesler Way and Marion St. for approx. 30 days.
• March 23: Supercross at CenturyLink Field, 7 - 11 p.m. FanFest hours: noon - 6 p.m.
• March 23: All tunnel buses to permanently transition to surface streets.
• March 28: 2019 Season Opener for the Seattle Mariners! Mariners host the Boston Red Sox at T-Mobile Park.First pitch is at 4:10PM.Homestand continues through Sunday, March 31.
• April 6: Seattle Sounders host Real Salt Lake at CenturyLink Field, 7 p.m.
• April 12 - 13: Full closure of SB SR 99 Tunnel, Fri 10 p.m. - Sat 8 a.m.
