This week's highlights: 

• Feb. 3 - 18: Weekend lane closures on 2nd Ave. between Virginia St. and Pike St. during crane work.
• Feb. 3 and 4 - 7: Nighttime ramp and lane closures on northbound and southbound I-5.
• Feb. 7 - 11: 2018 Northwest Flower and Garden Show at the Washington State Convention Center.
