This week's highlights:

• Jan. 4: SB SR-99 off-ramp to S. Atlantic St. to permanently close.
• Jan. 4: NB SR-99 on-ramp from Royal Brougham Way to permanently close.
• Jan. 11 - Feb. 4: Permanent Viaduct closure - Full SR-99 closure through downtown.
• Jan. 19: Womxn's March and Rally at Cal Anderson Park followed by march to Seattle Center.
• Jan. 21: MLK Day Rally and March; Garfield High School to Westlake Park.
