The Seattle Department of Transportation's weekly transportation construction update highlights the projects and events that may impact travel through the Seattle area. View this week's update.

This week's highlights:

• Aug. 24 - 27: Northbound SR 99 will be closed from Spokane St. to south end of Battery St. Tunnel, 10 p.m. on the 24 - 5 a.m. on the 27th.
• Aug. 22: Seattle Mariners vs. Houston Astros at Safeco Field, 1:10 p.m.
• Aug. 25: Ed Sheeran concert at CenturyLink, 7 p.m.
• Aug. 30: Seattle Seahawks vs. Oakland Raiders at CenturyLink Field, 7 p.m.
• Aug. 31 - Sep. 2: Bumbershoot at Seattle Center.
• Aug. 31 - Sept. 3: PAX West at WSCC (9th Ave closed between Pine & Pike St.)
• Sept. 14 - 17: Partial NB I-5 closure, details TBA.
