The Seattle Department of Transportation's weekly transportation construction update highlights the projects and events that may impact travel through the Seattle area. View this week's update.

This week's highlights:

• May 11 - 17: One lane in each direction over the Aurora Bridge will be closed, nightly 9 p.m. - 5 a.m.
• May 13 - 17: NB I-5 will have 4 lanes closed from S. Boeing Access Road to S. Forest St. / 6th Ave S., nightly 8 p.m. - 5 a.m.
• May 18 & 19: NB I-5 will have 4 lanes closed from S. Boeing Access Road to Swift / Albro Pl., nightly 8 p.m. - 6 a.m.
• May 17: Seattle Norwegian 17th of May Parade will close streets in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood Friday evening.
• May 18 & 19: 50th annual University District Street Fair on University Way NE.
• May 19: 37th annual Nordstrom Beat the Bridge 8K Run & Walk.
• May 20 - June 2019: 25th Ave NE will be reduced to one lane between Montlake Blvd NE and NE 65th St. for final striping, Mon – Fri, 7 p.m. –  a.m.
• June 2019: Full 10-hour night closure of the SR 99 Tunnel, NB & SB, final date is TBD.
