The Seattle Department of Transportation's weekly transportation construction update highlights the projects and events that may impact travel through the Seattle area. View this week's update.

This week's highlights: 

• December 11 - 14: Eastbound I-90 closed between Seattle and Bellevue; traffic will be diverted to the express lanes.
• December 12 - 13: Full closure of Fairview Ave. N. between Mercer St. and Republican St. for removal of a tower crane.
• December 13 - 14: Westbound SR-520 closed between Bellevue and Montlake Blvd.
• December 13: Jingle Bell Run/Walk will close streets in Downtown Seattle.
• December 18 - 19: Full closure of SR-99 from Western Ave. to Valley St. while crews realign the traffic lanes.
• December 20: Seattle Seahawks host the Cleveland Browns at 1:05 PM at CenturyLink Field.
