The Seattle Department of Transportation's weekly transportation construction update highlights the projects and events that may impact travel through the Seattle area. View this week's update.

This week's highlights: 

• October 14: Hillary Clinton will host a private event at the Paramount Theater from 1PM to 3PM Friday afternoon.
• October 14 - 17: Denny Way fully closed between Stewart St. and Fairview Ave. N. to reconfigure traffic lanes.
• October 15: Puget Sound Heart and Stroke Walk will close streets between the Seattle Center and Downtown Saturday morning.
• October 17 - November 18: Denny Way reduced to one lane in each direction between Stewart St. and Fairview Ave. N. during underground utility work.
