The Seattle Department of Transportation's weekly transportation construction update highlights the projects and events that may impact travel through the Seattle area. View this week's update.

This week's highlights: 

• September 23 - 26: SW Spokane St. on Harbor Island closed for paving and railroad track maintenance.
• September 24 - 26: Montlake Bridge fully closed for bridge maintenance.
• September 25: Seattle Summer Parkways and Orca Half Marathon will close portions of Alki Ave. SW and Harbor Ave. SW in West Seattle.
• September 30: Washington Huskies host the Stanford Cardinal at 6PM at Husky Stadium.  Expect heavy congestion and delays in areas near the stadium during the Friday evening commute.
• October 8 & 9: SR99 Viaduct closed for semi-annual maintenance.
