The Seattle Department of Transportation's weekly transportation construction update highlights the projects and events that may impact travel through the Seattle area. View this week's update.

 

This week's highlights: 

 

August 24 - September 1: Road closures in the North Maple Leaf and Arbor Heights neighborhoods during annual SDOT microsurfacing project.

 

August 28 - 31: PAX Prime Expo at Washington State Convention Center.

 

August 28 & 29: Westbound SR520 off-ramp to Montlake Blvd. closed.

 

August 28 - 31: Lane closures on Montlake Blvd. E. while crews repave the roadway.

 

August 29: Full closure of Western Ave. between University St. and Union St.

 

August 29: Full closure of W. Mercer St. between 1st Ave. W. and Queen Anne Ave. N.

 

August 30: Seattle Sounders host the Portland Timbers at CenturyLink Field at 2PM.

 

September 3: Seattle Seahawks host the Oakland Raiders at CenturyLink Field at 7PM.

 

September 5 - 7: Bumbershoot at Seattle Center.
