This week's highlights: 

• September 18 - 20: Fremont Oktoberfest will close streets in the Fremont neighborhood.
• September 18 - 21: 23rd Ave & E. Cherry St. intersection closed.
• September 19: Seattle Summer Parkways will close streets in the Ballard neighborhood.
• September 19: The annual Fiestas Patrias Parade will close streets in the South Park neighborhood.
• September 19: Washington Huskies host Utah State at 2PM at Husky Stadium.
• September 22 - 24: President of China visits Seattle.
