The Seattle Department of Transportation's weekly transportation construction update highlights the projects and events that may impact travel through the Seattle area. View this week's update.

This week's highlights:

• Jan. 11: Permanent Viaduct Closure: Full SR 99 closure through downtown, 10 p.m.
• Jan. 12 - 13: Harrison St. will be fully closed between Dexter Ave N. and Aurora Ave N., Sat 7 a.m. - Sun 5 p.m.
• Jan. 19: Womxn's March on Seattle. Rally at Cal Anderson Park followed by march to Seattle Center.
• Jan. 21: MLK Day Rally & March. Garfield High School to Westlake Park.
• Feb. 16 - 17: Full closure of the Montlake Bridge, Sat 6 a.m. - Sun 6 p.m.
